Hi All,
Proud owner of Harvest Elite 6 pod
Yes another guy who got a unit for Christmas, Love it.
I used the included herb set, 40 days and growing great. I see the basic are,
Keep water filled, feed as direct 14 days keeping it better on low than too much (2 capfuls) every 2nd change drain tank and fill with fresh food & water.
I did read about clean system and using bleach to flush how often do you do that?
How long can I keep growing before it need a full flush clean, and how do you know?
How long will my herb garden keep growing?
Will stop thee as I have more questions and dotn want to flood it.

Welcome to the forum greenfly! We are happy you found us. Congratulations on your first Aerogarden. The Harvest is a great small unit. I have several.
Let me see if I can answer any of your questions. Hopefully members will answer with their experiences too.
Keep water filled, feed as direct 14 days keeping it better on low than too much (2 capfuls) every 2nd change drain tank and fill with fresh food & water. Yes, doing a Dump and Refill (or R&R=Rinse and Refill) should be done once a month. Also check the filter and make sure there are not roots clogging it when doing so.I did read about clean system and using bleach to flush how often do you do that? I have not used bleach, I will let someone else answer this one that does.
How long can I keep growing before it need a full flush clean, and how do you know? If you are talking about sanitizing the unit, once you end a garden, you will sanitize before starting a new one.
How long will my herb garden keep growing? It depends on how long you want to keep your garden, if the plants start to go to seed or if you just want to start something new. I have seen some gardens go for months on end.

Thanks Shawn for quick response, and going through the basics, didn't think to check filter been not wanting to lift off upper unit incase I damaged roots,
have just ordered a Farm Plus unit also, impatiently waiting them to ship, shipping seems real slow or are we just spoilt with same day delivery Amazon
ordered a bunch of greens and two mega tomatoes, on a 24 pod system where would be best to plant the toms, the rest first time run will be greens,

You can lift the deck. It will not do any damage.
I do not have a farm but many here do and they will be able to help with that.

got it and all set up having fun I see a super deal for another unit online very tempted to buy a second unit will have to sit on my hands for a day or two and think.

OK could not resist got a 2nd farm plus, figure tom plant will take up a good amount of space having checked out other members gardens.
