The lemon basil on the right sure had a growth spurt since the last pic.

It almost seems to me that the phrases "growth spurt" and "basil" are synonymous.

These are toast. The parsley in the rear still looked good for a last harvest, but what prompted me to trash the whole thing is it had developed those little gnat things that are so annoying. I didn’t want the problem to get worse for an old garden, not worth it.

I really dislike those gnats. I have had to dump a project because of them. They need to stay outside where they were meant to be.
