Habaneros grow much larger than the last picture. I wouldn't allow buds yet. I'd wait another couple of weeks before pruning, too. If you want to thin some of the leaves, I wouldn't take more than a few at this point.

By now, the plant has hit a growth spurt and is at least 3 times as tall as that last picture (when it was very compact). The AG Ultra's light hood is as high as I can raise it without removing it from the shelf where I'm keeping it. Is there a height at which I should start pruning? Should I post a fresh picture to ask for some advice about where to prune?

How long did it take for your peppermint to sprout? I've had mine in the AG since 5/24 and haven't seen anything... The jalapeno, peppermint and tomato are big enough to transplant now:

Mine sprouted the first week. But google says 10-15 days. I think once you are past 21 days you can request a new pod from Aerogarden.
