Day 130. This has been a fun one to do. Yesterday we officially pulled off over two dozen peppers and hubby put them in the dehydrator. Next step will be to make them into guajillo sauce. There are still another dozen growing on the plant.  |

This plant is still going strong! It has almost another two dozen peppers of varying sizes coming along. We dehydrated the first bunch and they make a lovely snack as is! Hubby is waiting for the second batch to make the sauce he wanted.
I wanted to empty one of my two bountys out to do another big project however both are doing wonderful. Kinda leaves room for the excuse of buying a third. . . 😬🙄😝🤫

As crazy as it sounds i still have this pepper plant going, its day 227 and its still producing peppers. We pull off one or two a day for dinner ingredients. 😊
