Hello! I started with an Aerogarden Harvest back in December, and last month I picked up a second Harvest... just using the light from it for now w/ some Kratky containers.
I've been trying out different things in my Aerogarden - so far I've successfully grown basil, dill, curly parsley, crimson giant radishes, and tennis ball lettuce. I also had a miniature pumpkin in there, but it was taking over my Aerogarden so I moved it to a gallon jug using the Kratky method...
I'm looking forward to seeing what other members have done with their Aerogarden(s)!

Hello. I just started with my first Aerogarden about 8 weeks ago. I have been very pleased thus far. My first planting was the gourmet seed kit and it has done very well. I may have waited to long to do the first trimming as the plants have grown very tall and not as full as I would have wanted. I have been putting herbs on everything I eat. I have the garden harvest and it is perfect. So simple to set up and use. I am about to purchase another garden harvest, a stand for them, edible flower seed kit and a custom herbs seed kit. I figured I would plant the herbs in the new garden when the herbs I currently have are getting close to end of life and then use my first garden for the new edible flower kit. I joined this forum for advice, info, ideas, and all that forums have to offer.

Hello. I'm fascinated to find this site. I knew there would be other Aerogarden hackers.
I have two of the three hole classics, two Sprouts, and one Harvest. All from thrift or surplus shops, at about $10 each. I was fortunate enough to find an online srouce for the flourescent lamps. Three for $24.
After playing around with Kratky and Aerogardens I needed more growing spaces. I settled on this 3D printed pod. www.thingiverse.com/thing:3977186 I use HDPE kitty litter buckets with six pods per bucket. I start seeds in my Harvest then move them to the greens machine. Thirty pods produce more greens than my wife and I care to eat.
