Sauce is soon to be made. Notice the peppers turning black? The will soon be beautiful orange.

What AG are you growing the pepper plants in? They look amazing and super healthy.

These are on a Farm Plus. The Yellow and Red Jamaican Mushroom Peppers are also on a Farm Plus. The Bhutlah Scorpions are on a Farm XL. Jalapeno M and Early Jalapenos are on Bounties and an Ultra. NuMex Sandia Select on a Bounty and the White Habaneros are on a Bounty.

I was cleaning underneath the canopy of the garden. I accidentally knocked off one of the green peppers. I decided to give it a taste test, as I didn't have anything else to do with the pepper.
The pepper was just about 2" long and still green. So I ate the pepper in 2 bites. My initial thought as I bit into it for the 1st time, was that there wasn't a great deal of heat. My 2nd thought was that it tasted slightly different than a standard jalapeno.
After that the heat hit. It was intense and brought tears to my eyes and made my nose run. The heat didn't last a great deal of time but it was very hot, I'd say similar to that of a Cayenne pepper. I haven't decided yet whether the flavor is better than a standard jalapeno or not, but I will have to see when the pepper matures. That is my official taste test.

Good Review. Was it green still? If it was it may still change in taste and heat.

Yes it was green. They are supposed to be much more flavorful when ripe.
