I've been lurking on these forums for the last few weeks! Love all of the useful info. Unfortunately I noticed today my 3 week old AG Harvest Elite 360 is already broken. The digital display is all jumbled and can't be navigated at all. Has anyone ever had this happen? The return window just ended last week. I'm just wondering if this is a common problem and maybe I made a mistake buying an elite version? :(
Sent an email to Aerogarden just now, but I've really lost confidence in this product. Thought I'd come here and try to figure out if this was a common problem. I was loving the product up until now.

All my harvests are elites and I have not had that issue. Have you tried to unplug for one minute and replug back in!
They have a one year warranty and AG will replace if defective. They are good with that.

I just had this happen myself with the Bounty Wifi. Touchscreen is totally unresponsive, all the other buttons work. Pump is on, too. I'm HOPING the "your power went out" notification will go away so I can just manually turn the lights on/off until I hear back from AG support. I'll let you know I figure out how to fix it in the meantime tho.
