Yes, well I will be cutting back a bit. It's hard to keep up with all of these gardens.

I was about to chop these down this morning. Then I found this. There are at least two in there I can see easily. Added 12 ml Nutes, 10 ml Mooch.

Unfortunately, no. But there are more flowers. They've been dropping off, so far.

Here is an interesting comparison of a ripe white habanero versus one that fell off the plant. They are very small. But I think they will be quite convenient. These peppers taste just like a standard orange habanero from the grocery store. They have the same flavor profile. They also have the same "punch you in the mouth" heat. They could even be slightly hotter, don't let the size fool you. What I find convenient is when I want habanero heat, I usually want a small amount of it. A whole orange habanero is often too much. One or two of these may be perfect.

Interesting how they are round and then elongate.

Most are more bullet shaped like the green one. But at that size, they are all different shapes.

They are that. I threw 6 of them in with the hot version of this years hot sauce. I also added 8 yellow Jamaican Mushroom peppers and some apple cider vinegar and some crystalized lime. Add the chunks of onion, garlic, ginger and dill. The pickling is less pronounced. The lime taste is there, but as a background flavor. It wasn't as hot as I thought it would be, initially. But the burn lingers. My sinuses definitely kicked into gear. Then I took the bowls, funnel and ladle to the sink to wash. The vapors had me coughing to the degree I had to move away. My eyes burned so much I went to shower to flush my eyes.
Great sauce. I'll need PPE the next time I make it.
