I just moved my Sweet Heat peppers from the seed starter to my new Bounty Basic.
The lowest the lights will go is 8" from the deck. For a 30 watt light, that seems like way too far away to prevent leggy seedlings.
Has anyone had any good or bad experiences from the minimum light distance?

That is the height of the lowest settings. All my plants did well. Some will be leggy some may be chubby. It is up to the plant i self.

I've done bush beans and mini sunflowers with this model and neither turned out leggy.
