WHat is a Bonchi (I know I should look it up myself  ) It's a pepper plant that you heavily prune back and treat like a bonsai tree. Here are some examples (not mine!) from the site that started the bonchi craze:   |

The bonchi is amazing!
Someone else mentioned them not too long ago. It was the first I had heard of them.

Yes, I would hate for them to get over ripened and then mush up on you.

Harvested the four peppers, sliced them open to remove seeds, and set aside the seeds / hung up the pods to dry.   |

I think it would be happier if I bonchi it soon. It has been in that bottle for five months now. |

Harvested the last pepper today! I've rethought my plans and I think I'll try keeping it alive for now, then planting it outdoors once things warm up.  |

Ended this today! I'm cutting back the number of plants I have since it's too much for me to manage at the moment.
I was going to transplant this outdoors, but I noticed some black mold in the bottle and decided I didn't want to open that up. So I harvested three red peppers and laid it to rest.
