At the bottom of their page they have a chat button you can fill it out if it's after hours and somebody will get back to you. It may take a day or two. Same thing with Facebook messages. I'm not sure if they have texting anymore.

I'm glad the first one finally arrived. Disappointing about the long wait for the second one.
I think Amazon Prime has spoiled us. Click the Add to Cart button, check out, and almost instant gratification on the package delivery.
Almost everyone else seems slow now!

So true... I can handle the slow(er) ship times, but I get a little impatient and frustrated in that it often takes so long to get update/progress. It will be a week or 10 days and no news of what is happening. I have not ordered from AG for over a year and half, but as I had complained here on the site, I would often get the package and then the next day an email that says, "Good news! Your order has shipped." So long there is good communication, I can (try) to be patient and wait. We are spoiled these days though.

It is hard with this pandemic. Many people are working remotely and only thru emails, texts or chat. I have found that with at least 6 different companies I have contacted since May. So yes longer response/reply times but it does get done.
It stinks but nothing we can really do
