I was wondering if I added a mister would that make vegetables grow or go all bad?

If your indoor air is very dry, extra humidity would help.
If your plants stay too damp, you are more likely to get fungal diseases.
Are you talking about adding a mister to the actual Aerogarden or using one near your plants?
