I am impressed with your oregano. Is it a lot stronger than the dried bottled varieties from the store

It is stronger. I like it better then the dried. I will use it fresh however I also freeze it. When I need some I will take it from the container and with my hands crush it into the meal. It works great. I do not mind it if crumbles in the container either as it is in a jar anyway.

The oregano is going nuts... I have trimmed it three times already and it is ready for another. I may end one of the two. I will then plant more Cilantro. My freezer stash need to be replenished but I also like it fresh as well. So more is good.
I also want to look into what other herbs I have never grown but would use. However I have no clue.

I would like go grow oregano and some different herbs, too.
I think I would like the leafy cutting celery instead of the celery stalks, as I love to add celery leaves to soups, salads, and stews.
In fact I think I will go herb seed shopping online today!
Looking forward to seeing what you decide.

I think I will harvest all of the one Oregano plant this weekend. Move some pods around and plant some new herbs. I just need to see what more I want to plant in here.
