I tried contacting AG, no chat on my iPad from their website. No working tel number. I have a brand new Harvest 360. No lights on base to indicate it has power. No pump noise, no led. Is this a Dead unit?

Welcome to the forum, I am sorry it is under these circumstances however.
May I suggest that you email them AND send them a message on Facebook and Twitter. They will respond to you and you should get a replacement.
Did you make sure the wand goes into the lights the correct way and clicks in. Also make sure that the ac plug in the unit is in tight.

I just got a Harvest 360 for Xmas and set it up with Heirloom lettuce. I have to say it’s very different than my 5 yr old Extra. It took a while to figure out the electronic readout and up/down arrows. It takes just a very light touch, and I was trying to press too hard. Even figured out the test for the pump. Definitely much smaller than the Extra and I’m not sure the 6 pods will give me enough room but will be fine as a supplement.

The Harvest is considered a small machine while the Extra was a Large one. I loved my Extra. That was my first machine.
