I clipped these before our first freeze and stuck them rock wool and a Mason jar to root. I moved them to my Root Farm today.
These were my summer top performer plants so I'll see how they do next summer, Mortgage Lifter, Roma, Better Bush tomatoes and a sad Jungle Parrot pepper. The pepper was the only one with no roots showing when I transplanted them from the jar to the Root Farm.
I'm using the 1/4 tsp/gallon of Flora nutes, I didn't bother with pH because Flora has always been consistent 6.8-7 with my water. There were no nutes in the Mason jar, just fresh water.
They look a little beaten down right now. I'm not sure the pepper will pull through. They also have aphids... buggers... doused in Neem oil just now.
