Wow! I just saw that my parts were already sent out and I received a personal email response. That’s uber quick. Just what I needed after reading the complaints. That’s awesome. After a spate of bad purchases- from others- like my computer not being fully functional after it was “fixed”, having to find ways to return things like heavy 5X8 rugs, etc. I guess my view was a bit jaundiced. I am really shocked by the lightning fast response. Getting a confirmation email within less than 24 businesses hours is the most I would’ve expected on a good day.

Again, do not worry about that screw inside the compartment. Mine does not have it in there either. As for function, i know there were some issues with a certain batch but those went out long ago and if you recently have received yours it should be fine. AG is good at correcting issues
