I just purchased the 24XL, assembled per instructions, plugged in, and it doesn’t power up. Wondered if anyone on here had an answer

Welcome to the forum. I am sorry it in under these circumstances.
Have you made sure all the connections are in and tight? When you contact AG, please be sure to not only email but also send them a message on FB and even Twitter.

I'd make sure the outlet you are plugged into has power first. Then follow it down the line. If there is a power strip plugged into the outlet that the AG is plugged into, make sure the breaker switch is turned on, and the outlet on the power strip has power.

Also, double check your connections. I missed the one from the frame to the hood when I assembled mine, it was on the top of a stack and didn't get seated firmly.
