I have AG airstones and the pump here. Never ever used. I should pull it out. Maybe I will put it for sale. I will let you all know if I do (I have to find it first LOL) Thank you!! The Bounty I have is the "Artisan" so it has the ceramic bowl. I wonder if that helps keep that one cooler.

I planted lettuce in my Farm Basic. With the light low over the baby plants, I noticed that the deck was pretty warm and the water was a nice temperature for a bath. I clipped a fan to the post to blow away the warm air that was accumulating between the lamp and the deck, and that solved the problem for me.

Yes, often a fan works wonders. You can also try lifting the lights or adding ice to the water basin a few times a week or daily.

A lot of people add ice to the bowl in warmer weather, too. Since the Farm has such powerful light, Shawn's idea of raising the lights would probably help a lot, too. Lettuce needs very little light compared to other veggies.
