Planted Pac Choi Win-Win in an Ultra tonight. Added 8 ml Nutes.
These are older seeds. I hope I have better luck than with the Cascading Petunias, which was what I tried to grow in this garden last. The seeds were old there, too. I put 4 seeds per pod in hopes of germination. These seeds were from David's Seeds.

Well, pac choi seeds are supposed to be viable for 4 years. I think these are 2 years old. We shall see.

Maybe these seeds age won't be a problem...

Yay!
As an aside, but interesting, did you ever read about Methusalah, the 2000 year old extinct Judaian date palm seed that sprouted in an Israeli lab and is now a thriving tree?
Just a bit of encouragement for your Win-Wins.

Interesting. I do notice activity in 5 of the 7 pods.

I think every seed sprouted. I am really pleased with them. I snipped out all but two of each pod. I will reduce that to one later. I ate all the sprouts. Gee, they taste just like pac choi.

When they changed from the old Ultra/Extras to the older Bounties they changed the texture on the grow decks. The Ultra/Extras were very easy to keep clean and looking nice. The Bounties show every blemish when they dry. I think you even get a reflective shine when you take a photo. It is a bit of a disappointment.

Now that you mention that, my Ultra/Extra Deck stayed nicer. Maybe I should bring that up to my contact at AG.

These are getting top-heavy. They are growing fast and need to thicken pretty quickly.
