Every time. But, since both sides are running the pump continuously, I just let it drain and as soon as water stops coming out, I remove the tube and put the cover back. But it's annoying that it tells you to press stop when it's done, then times out long before that happens.

The toms, cukes and squash plants are getting big enough that I'm going to have to terminate all the cilantro before they die off.

Can you transplant it somewhere? Are you going to freeze it if you terminate?

Either I'll make another batch of salsa, or I'll use it in a stir fry. Either way, I have use for all of it.

I keep forgetting to do what you do with extra pod holes and cilantro in the beginning of a garden, when the light is low. It’s so smart.

do you think it's time to remove the Cilantro? And look at the size of the leaves on the pattypan squash plant!

I would remove it and place it elsewhere.

Starting to think that might be a good idea.

Or, just tactically remove some of the huge leaves. If that’s feasible. (They’re so flippy-floppy and in the way sometimes!)

Both sides of this farm are absolutely glugging water. Seems like I need to add a gallon to one side or the other every night.
I hadn't noticed this feature on the Bounty (maybe it's there?) but the little blue water level/pump spinny indicator shows the water drop half full when the water level is getting low but not low enough to show a red indication. Every night, I come home and one of them is asking for more water.

I'm getting to the point to where I'm going to have to pull all the cilantro out of this thing. All the plants, the toms, the cukes and the squash are just blacking them out. And, it's an every day affair keeping the peppers on the right side from crossing over.
Almost makes me want to fire up a harvest just for cilantro, but I'd have to order new seed since I ruined all my old seed.

I usually keep the water level up but I have seen the water level flashing on my Bounty in the past.

I’ve got a bunch of old seed I could send you, but it’s old seed... You could use the paper towel method and put like triple the amount of seed in it to hope for how much you want. Pm me if you want to give those a try.

it's ok. Cilantro seed is so cheap that the major expense is the postage.

This morning, I noticed that the cukes had crawled across the table and latched onto the pepper plant in the neighboring Bounty. I hacked those back, and while I was looking around, noticed that some of my cilantro is starting to bolt.
I killed/ate one of the cilantro pods. Yum. By the looks of things, and because it's getting so darned crowded in there, I'll probably be finishing off the other cilantro pods.
Ironic that my most successful cilantro grow was "sacrificial." I could have probably kept these going another month if I didn't need the space for the veggies.

Seeing enormous blossoms on the pattypan squash (to go with its enormous leaves).
Also seeing a ton of blossoms on the cukes, but so far, nothing seems to have set.
Not seeing many blossoms on the tomato plants, but it's already set a couple toms just the same.

Do your particular cukes have to be pollinated? Or are they self pollinating?
