The big basil kept growing by leaps and bounds. I had to behead it to give the small plants access to the light.

I am drying it on the hood of the Bounty. It will get used in a little of everything.
I will probably start with a strawberry basil salad dressing.

I just remember that I have a silicone mat that fits perfectly on my Bounty's hood! I'm going to try that & put some basil up there too! I've got plenty in the freezer, for now.
