There's a bit of algae damage / root rot, I put a good amount of hydrogen peroxide into the bottle and I'm hoping that will solve it. The root mass is big enough already that I would not be able to take it out of the bottle.

There is no such thing as too many AeroGardens. Nor can you have too many Kratky containers.
