I have my machine all set up. All I need to do is add the seeds to the pods and placed them in my machine. I will be growing Pirouette Petunias in Purple and Red. These were a Highly Recommended flower and I hope I do well with them especially since my last one did not grow. I have a backup just in case  ) I will be placing two seeds per pod and using my Harvest. No nutes to start.

I placed two seeds of each color in each pod. This morning there is germination in all pods. Some have only one up so far, others have more.

Not much movement since last picture.
Please excuse the mess, nute crust and file folder. I am cleaning my desk area and I did not finish moving and cleaning it up (todays project)

YAY, some have grown, not much but maybe now they will start to take off. I did however have to remove all the pods and clean each cage, deck and bowl. THe water ports of the deck and that area of each cage had black all in it. Mold I am thinking.
So now the bowl and deck have been clean well. Put each sponge in a clean cage. I also rinsed each sponge and flower nder cold water.
Keeping fingers crossed these do well. If not, then I will get the spray paint Sher used and paint my deck black to help curb the mold |

It is going to town. I removed one of the pods as it was getting crowded out and not growing as well. Plus now it give more room to the others. I will get a few pics soon.

Did you leave all the seedlings that germinated in the pods? I think you said you were planting 2/pod? Just curious. I'm so jealous! I really want to start some flowers but know that I really shouldn't, just yet.  |
