Shawn, I went ahead and cut the whole plant back. I hope it stays stockier this time. But it is such a vigorous grower that I am afraid it will bound right back.
But it was definitely worth a shot.

The zinnias got some kind of disease and died. I saved one plant in Krstky, but it is also starting to get black around some of the leaf edges. I took the worst leaves off.
