If it were grown outdoors, you could cut off the three heads and just stick them into pots for re-rooting. I don't know whether a hydroponic-grown plant would behave the same.  |

They do behave the same! It's a little bit rough and overdue for planting, but I have this one that I grew hydroponically and cut at the base, and you can see the roots coming out of the above-ground stem:  |
