I took the remaining 7 Carrots off and have officially terminated this project.
Nothing exciting but HOT Peppers. Would I grow again? Not really.

My problem is, I still have at least 10 ripe, or near ripe. I also have a bunch of new peppers. It is such an ugly plant. But the peppers go so well in dishes, in smaller doses. I think I will freeze what is ripe, and wait until the next crop is ready before I try to make a carrot sauce.
