This does not taste like any chili or hot dog sauce you may have tried. I was going for a new flavor. The carrots give it that.

Well folks, I've decided to change how I photograph my plants from now on. I tried using a black backdrop behind the gardens. You can really see the plants more clearly.  |

These plants have hit a growth spurt and are now the tallest pepper plants at over 14". Today I pulled out a lot of undergrowth. These are looking pretty good.  |

I started pruning tonight. The Pot-A-Penos, Sweet Pickle Peppers and the Yellow Jamaicans here. I'm tired now so there will be more tomorrow.  |
