The other cool thing is that I knocked the pepper on the deck off 3 days ago. Only the tip of the pepper had a smudge of red on it then. It's fully ripened now. I'm cutting them up today.
It is weird that one plant is ripening and the other plant shows no red yet. None of the 3rd plant I moved to one of the new 40w Bounties has any red yet, either. They were all planted at the same time.
