I planted Anaheim Pepper seeds on a Bounty today. I think these are my favorite mild grilling peppers. These seeds were part of a seed package from Organo Republic, a farm in Florida. I bought this package of 14 different peppers seeds, 50 seeds each. I got this collection from Amazon. I ordered this collection Friday afternoon and it was delivered by Amazon Saturday at Noon. Everything else I'm planting today is from that collection. That whole collection cost $16 delivered. Added 8 ml Nutes. Anaheim Peppers |

Well folks, I've decided to change how I photograph my plants from now on. I tried using a black backdrop behind the gardens. You can really see the plants more clearly. Today I thinned all plants down to one plant. Let me know your opinion.  |

Here we have a good start. About 16 peppers went into these two pints. The brine consisted of: 3 cups white vinegar, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup Splenda, 2 Tbs. Sea Salt 2 tsp. Yellow Mustard Seeds.(1 tsp. / jar)  |

I had to try them They are fantastic! Light pickling, just a hint of sweet, a light crunch, and totally delicious!

These are getting pretty hefty. Several of them are over 2 inches in diameter.  |
