These peppers can be used fresh for cooking if harvested young, while they are still green. Mature fruits are best dried. Interesting, seems opposite of most peppers. I can’t wait for you to taste one.

It's set a few peppers and has dozens of blossoms on it; more than I can keep up with. Some of the more established peppers have gotten quite long.
And it's flashing its little blue "I need nutes" light at me. I should probably go mix up a gallon...

It is hard to kill these plants off. From aggressive root trim, to over or under nutes... we all seem to bring plants back no matter peppers, herbs and flowers

I mentioned elsewhere that I've harvested and sampled my first pepper from this plant.
Harvested green, as the guidance suggested. Tasty and mild. I'd almost be tempted to use them like spicy string beans.

This plant has gulped down over 2 gallons in the last week. I'm hoping this translates to more peppers. It does seem like it's setting a few.
I'll probably harvest a bunch green and add to a stir fry.

This has turned into quite the prolific plant. I keep harvesting and eating, it keeps growing new ones.

This seems like a good snacking bean, as it’s not too hot. Pop one in your mouth, followed by a cherry tom chaser.

This plant has been a great producer, but in the name of simplifying my gardens, I may terminate this soon.
I'll have a nice harvest first, though.

Harvested a few dozen peppers from this plant. They'll go into the freezer. I plan to use them in cooking, cutting them into 1/2-1" pieces to give things a little kick.

This has been a productive plant, but it's time for it to come to an end.
As part of my new year's resolution to cut my weekend workload, I'm retiring this Aerogarden until something important comes along.

As part of my new year's resolution to cut my weekend workload, I'm retiring this Aerogarden until something important comes along. You’ve always been so good at doing religious Rinse and refills. My gardens are lucky if they get it once every month or even two months. Especially with water being a premium here. (And cuz I’m lazy).

Should have taken a picture, but I didn't.
I didn't use any kind of basket on this grow, and the trunk had expanded to the size of the hole. It was a monster.

Had to hack away the root ball, then give it a really good tug.
