One month, today. 4 days until first harvest. I am drooling already. Choi, Pickled Peppers, Cheese Chunks, Black Olives, Baby Corn, Hard Boiled Eggs, and I don't even know what to do for dressing yet. Yummm!  |

To me, your list of ingredients just screams for one of them.  |

I decided to go with my own Mike's Chipotlé Blue Cheese Dressing
1 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Chipotlé Pepper Powder (this varies depending how spicy you want it)
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
4 ounces Blue Cheese
The grocery store didn't have ANY Jif Creamy Peanut Butter. The recall must really be hurting the makers of Jif. I did buy some Planters Dry Roasted peanuts to throw in the salad, though.

I'll have to make this for him. Thanks for sharing, Mike! Fortunately, we've bought a couple of the "double" packs of Jif, when they were on sale...and they are NOT part of the recall. Holler if you need it before it returns to the grocer's shelves!  But the whole nuts will be a nice addition anyway!! |

I'm glad he likes it. I made mine with just a teaspoon of chipotlé powder. The powder I have now is pretty potent.
