Day 32. Lots of buds, but they're taking their time to open. I can't get pollen from any of them yet. Gave 2 mL Mooch on Day 30, since the Sprout has a considerably smaller reservoir than the machines most people use to grow tomatoes.

They may have to open more to see any fairy dust

Lots of flowers now, but still not seeing much pollen. I will probably relocate the pepper plant in the next few days. Day 35:

The flowers may need to open more to get the pollen. But I am no expert so take that with a grain of salt.

I’d go through the motions of pollinating anyway. I never saw a speck of pollen on my eggplant flowers, but the round of fruit that was produced when I pollinated without waiting to see pollen was double the first round of fruit. Also, try to remember which flowers are not open yet so that later you can be sure to get them, too.
Do you know yet where you’re going to place your pepper?

Just 5 weeks from "planting" to the first tiny tomato! I'm still not seeing any pollen, but I've been pollenating them at least twice a day and it's working I moved the pepper plant to a container yesterday and it's out by the sidewalk in front of the patio with the other containers. The tomato plant is quickly filling the space the pepper used to occupy. Day 39:

The flowers on my toms never seemed to open all that much, so I just shook the plant a little every day or so while I was pollinating my cucumbers. The mass of tomatoes on the two plants says that the method worked just fine.

That is a micro plant. You have not had to raise the hood yet? There are a lot of tomatoes!

And is that just 1 plant? I remember you had seeded a 2nd pod when you thought your pepper seeds were a bust (but then the peppers popped ).

Yep, just 1. I ended up planting the pepper in a container outside and the tomato quickly grew to fill in the space!

It's Day 58 and I've just raised the hood for the first time. The top leaves are looking scorched. I don't know if they were too close to the lights, or if it's a sign of nutritional deficiency, but the plant got a rinse-and-refill 2 days ago, and it'll be getting the next dose of Mooch in 2 days. Here's a view from the back:

Tons of Toms! As for the leaf burn, looking at the back view I am going to say the light may have been too low or all your leaves would have burn. JMO as I have not grown tomatoes.
