They taste very good! Sweet, though not as sweet as what I'd find in the grocery store. And not too acidic.

I chopped back the foliage significantly and I'm seeing new buds, but both plants are growing/ripening so slowly that I just don't feel like it's worth it to continue. Every day, they're testing too acidic, no matter how much "pH Up" I add, so I'm terminating this project tonight. Very tempted to plant an Oda pepper in its place, though I'm not sure 12" will be enough for it. It will either be that or 2 microdwarf tomato varieties that I haven't grown yet.
