I’ve put up with an unbelievably obnoxious number of emails from AG over the past week purely to be informed when the lights were order-able and was rewarded this morning!! I’ve got 2 of the 2-pack stem lights on the way
Exciting! Just ordered two of the Tabletop lights. Let us know what you think of the Stem lights, maskedsonnet , and I'll do the same for the Tabletops.
I'd love to hear what you think about these lights, Shawn , since you've been using them. A video would be great if you have time to make one. I'm interested in the Trio model but wasn't sure...hearing or seeing how you've used it would be really helpful.
Check you emails from Aerogarden today. I received an email with a link for "vip" access. Just saw scarfguy's post with a link.
Nope, nothing for me. I signed up for the newsletter again. My guess is that my info got wiped when they were setting up a VIP list, if that's what they've done.
Hi lynnee , were you able to use the link that scarfguy posted to get access to the new grow lights? It might be unrelated but a friend tried to shop the sale today and her password didn't work. She asked to re-set her password but AG didn't send her an email. She finally gave up.
I’d still love to see your thoughts and setup, if you have time! The pictures on the website are nice, but I’ve always thought it’s way better to see them from someone who’s been using the product

The link that scarfguy posted works for me, and it looks like I could buy the stem lamps if I wanted to. They go into my cart. However, I don't see the lights if I go to the website.
After my password suddenly stopped working last week, I was able to do a reset. However, everything is gone from my profile except my name and email. All of my order history is gone, and an upcoming shipment (a warranty replacement Bounty base) doesn't come up in an order status search. (Customer service sent me a tracking link when I asked about this.)
I wrote to CS again yesterday about the lost order history, but haven't heard back yet. It sounds like your friend and I were in the same database that got wiped or mislaid.
I'm sorry this happened to you lynnee -- I would be so bummed and even anxious if my order history got wiped. Hopefully Aerogarden can fix your account soon.
Just so you know, I can't see the lights if I go straight to the website either. The only way I can see them is if I use the link in the emails about the lights. It appears Aerogarden is truly restricting access to "VIPs" and giving us a 30% off sale price. An email this morning said today is the last day for the "exclusive offer." I'm guessing they will be on the website tomorrow for cyber Monday and they will likely have sales on these lights as part of the holiday sales. Just guessing.
