Have you grown marigolds  I've grown them twice. germinate well and seem to love the aerogarden.
I had good luck with violas but no luck with pansies.
The mimulus (monkey face) is a really pretty flower that comes in lots of colors. The seeds are so small that they are always offered as pelleted seeds. I had to wash off the casing to get them to germinate.
gerbera daisies and lisianthus are on my short list to try next.
