lol I seriously considered it, because eggplant is so PRETTY (I love purple) but last time I grew it I couldn’t eat it. Cooked it very way I could think of, then turned to Google and cooked it every way that sounded good from there. Turns out I just don’t like eggplant, no matter how much I love looking at it!!
