Oscar--you are smart to consider where to put the gardens before going off half-cocked (which was my method...haha.) Make sure you have sufficient availability of electrical outlets, too. My "garden" has taken over our dining room and has maxed out what little available space I had.
I started with the Aerogarden bamboo shelf unit, foolishly believing that I'd have three AGs at most and it would be ideal. Well, now I have two of those, a small cheap "computer desk", a regular wire shelf unit, a "ScarfGuy clothing rack Farm", and two Bounties on top of my dining room buffet. I bought some clear plastic stuff from Amazon to protect the surface of my wood buffet from water dribbles, like this... (not my picture)
One thing to keep in mind with the electrical plugs is that the AGs have those really large plugs, so that usually only one or two can plug in due to their size. Plus they aren't all the same shape, so some plug one way and others another way. (This was something I didn't consider before ordering AGs so I thought I'd mention it.)
Here are some views of my "grow room". Kind of a mish-mash but it works.

slw , et. al. I just saw on Amazon that the "scarfguy garment rack" that I recommended is no longer available! I bought 4 of them. I should have bought a couple more.
I hate it when Amazon does that.
I was also using a really nice little table last year that was just the right size for a bounty. It's also been discontinued.

I'm glad I got one of those while they were available, SG. Of course I don't have any room for another one so the availability isn't an issue for me. I believe Oscar is planning to stay with using the lights on the machines so he probably wouldn't want one of the "Scarfguy Farms" anyway.

I just placed my order! I ended up going with... two Bounty Elites. And for an exceptionally superficial reason—when thinking through where/how I was going to set them up, I realized that I'd be happier if the two machines matched in color. Kind of a silly reason, but I'm going to stand by it for now Since I was already getting 40% off, I also ordered a watering jug, some plant spacers, and an extra trellis. Feels like a pretty good haul!

Oscar, I think that two Bounty Elites is a terrific choice! That is still my favorite AG. The app adds features when it's working, and the basic touchscreen has several extra settings features that only the Farms share. The 2' height is enough for most dwarf plants, and for growing cucumber vines on the trellis. The Bounty Elite is the most versatile of all the AGs, because it can also be placed on a table or shelf. The reservoir is also small enough that you can do R&Rs easily. If you have trouble with network connectivity, we can help--if only to tell you that the AG servers are acting up again! (See this thread.)

Wow! Thank you for the information about the light levels in the Bounty Basic and the Bounty Elite. So far, my lettuce is growing slowly in the Elite...but I'm grateful for the possibility that it needs lower light!

You can dim the light on the bounty elite if you think it is too strong. HOWEVER, I think the setting resets to 100% when it comes on. So, you would have to reset the light every day. Can somebody verify this?

Correct scarfguy According to the manual. ( Grow Light dimming capabilities and customize your light level. Once selected, the light will remain dimmed at the percentage selected until the next time it is set to go Off.) I do not have first hand experience as I have a newer bounty(non elite) and, several older Bounty Elites. The older ones can't be dimmed.

To reduce the light level on a Bounty you can also go to "vacation" mode. Your plants will grow more slowly, though.
