Maybe the heat from running the furnace caused early bolting? It's always difficult to "diagnose" things with plants. You had a successful run though, Mike.

Well, no furnace here. Boilers, hot water heat. I don't know. Tomorrow I'm starting Yu Choy Sum. I bought a Wheatgrass grower, too. I may start some Wheatgrass this weekend, too.
The spinach did taste good. But both batches went to seed pretty quickly.
