pfunnyjoy, I forgot to say that cherry tomatoes bloom in cycles. They have to rest between tomato crops, so don't give up on your beautiful mature plant the first time it stops blooming.

pfunnyjoy , your tomatoes really do look great! I never got AG red cherry tomatoes that size until I started adding CalMag and Koolbloom to supplement the AG nutes. Obviously your supplements are doing their job! My tomatoes never look like the AG product page photos. AG must prune every day for weeks to get those pics! You may have discovered this already, but you need to exercise care in vacuuming the AG decks to remove dropped flowers and whatnot. With the decks that drip water at the pod openings, you will vacuum up water along with the debris. Most vacuums are not designed to pick up water. My plant is not perfectly shaped like the AG product photos, that's for sure. I'm guessing those perfect looking pix take some effort, as you say! I didn't think about that with the water and vacuuming, since there are covers on all unused spaces, but yeah, I suppose some could potentially escape. I'll be careful. It's just hard to get the crud up otherwise. And I don't really want it all over my crowded office table. The AG guide suggests that ripe tomatoes might happen between 9-12 weeks. I'm at 10 weeks, so I hope I see some ripening action soon. That's good to know about the ripening vs. flowering cycles. I thought that might be why the blooming is less. I'll see how much some Koolbloom costs, but I'm also hot to get some microgreens trays. And then there's the AG President's Day sale...

2024-03-03: Day 89 I was late with the rinse and refill by a couple days, but EC was still OK. The plant continues to look reasonably happy, though there are some yellow brownish spots on the top leaves nearest the lights. I can see a trace of yellowish blushing on a couple of the largest tomatoes! Finally, ripening is starting!
The plant is significantly heavier on the side with the most tomatoes! The greenery around the light pole is helping hold it upright. The grow pod quickly slanted when I removed the grow deck! I got it back in place pronto! The roots are behaving themselves, no growth into the pump, no tangling with the water sensor.

Day 89 picturesIt's pretty easy to see why the plant isn't balanced. I guess my pruning was not top notch. But I don't care, because: RIPENING ACTION!
