All the new growth is really, really washed out. I *think* I had given it a R n R...not sure.

I think I need to switch to the 3 part series of food like Kate, and see if it will resurrect this garden. I ordered it and it has arrived. I have no clue how to switch mid-stream, though. Ideas?? Which and how much of each should I use at this point? Should I do a Rinse and Refill first?
