I ended the AG Indoor GAL. One of the pods shriveled up and the three Mystery ones are doing nothing. So I have my machine by the sink waiting to be cleaned and I will be using it for the Snapdragon GAL that will begin in a few weeks.

I am telling you I was not meant to grow these flowers. I think either the exterminator got too close to these plants or the guy that sprays for ticks and mosquitoes did because yesterday these were looking lush and today are yellowing
I did my best to get out most of the yellow but got tired of standing there so stopped. The second plant has that ONE lone different flower has a bud on it. However something was eating at the leaves. You can see the holes in the one.
I did my best to rinse them off this morning and pull out as much as I can and we will see if they come back ... again ....

I'm not ready to throw in the towel just yet. They're doing well, and they make me smile. I do want the machine for more peppers in the near future, however.

I think you’re absolutely right about the exterminator people as to the outdoor plants. They overspray all the time by me. It’s one of the reasons I stopped growing herbs outside and then the Ag came to my rescue. They spray the tall trees, it all ends up on my low growing herbs. SMH.

One of the best things about living here is the lack of bugs you need to spray for. Roaches only live in the steam tunnels and vents downtown, and there aren't many. I've never seen one here, anywhere. I can get a few small spiders in my finished basement, but a couple bombs a year take care of that. No fleas to torture you or your pets. No snakes, either. There's nothing worse than mowing your yard and chopping up poor, innocent, unsuspecting snakes. I do miss the little lizards. So cute. In almost 30 years, I've never had to hire an exterminator. In Florida, it was every other month.
On the other hand, we say the mosquito is the state bird.

I really think they did it.

That is scary. Are they that big?

The blood-sucking females are pretty big, but they typically are everywhere. It's more the number, I think. Some people say they're bigger here. They seem like they're maybe a bit bigger to me. Montana was the worst, IMHO.

For some reason the yellow and deadening leaves are not showing like they do outside. Maybe because of the flash. The first picture is getting pulled out later today or tomorrow. It is dying fast. The only thing alive is the Alyssum: This is the one that was almost killed off, the one with the lone one flower. Well here it is. I have no clue what it is either LOL.... The second is of the whole plant which all others are dying off and you can see the dead grass in the background. That is where the deer sleep at night. How to I know? Well I see them AND they leave me presents that I have to clean up so no one or nothing steps in it and tracks it around. Oh and most of the Alyssum is dried. I may pull everything but that one flower as well. I will be planting something as soon as seeds come for Fall Flowers. More on that at a later date.
