Ok, finally I got my act together a week later and I planted 3 pods with 1 seed each, in my seed starters, in the hopes I will get 2 plants for a big machine. So excited! One seed starter with 2 pods Other seed starter with another pod

I have to say, I’ve discovered that the little Sprout seed starter is a great lazy person’s way out to get a project started, before a machine is ready. This way I’m not rushed to go through all the trouble (and heartache) of terminating a last-leg garden and sanitizing a new machine. I have definitely 1, maybe 2, Harvest machines soon to be available and yet I can start germinating now without taking up so much space as the old giant seed starters for the big machines. (I could terminate or transplant now, but I’m tired and lazy). Voila, jalapeño seeds planted effortlessly. (Labor to come...)

Maybe I need to get a new sprout since I will never see mine again and use that to get some starters. I have a SProut seed starter just no sprout

Wasn’t your mom supposed to give you that one back?

Yes, when I asked her she fumbled for words. She either gave it away or threw it out. I will never see it again.

Ohmygosh. Well as someone incredibly strong said, You can laugh or you can cry, lol. I’m laughing, that is frustratingly funny. You crack me up. When i I moved my parents last year, I spied the old round 3 hole unit I gave her along with a bunch of carefully labeled custom seeds, baskets and sponges. Clearly she was not interested, but she was sweet to keep it around. I took the seeds and supplies back and told my sister to dump the old machine.

I decided to park some my other peppers from the Starter here temporarily since they all grow similarly. And a parsley too (back right). I’ll decide later what I’m going to do with them.

My jalapeños (front right and back left) caught up to the older peppers quickly. I better figure out where I’m gonna put the others soon, lol. I’d prep an EarthBox but we’re having a heat wave again this week. (99* today, 100* tomorrow - yuck!)

I removed the rest of the pepper plants, so my jalapeños have their own home now. (I did leave the parsley in back right but will figure that out later). The peppers have really taken off.
