I planted these 2 tomato plants in my Harvest about 3 weeks ago. Seem to be growing (grew 2 inches in the last 5 days). But the bottom leaves look wrinkled and shriveled. See Photo (if I can figure out how to load it). These are Inglehart Yellow Cherry Tomato planted from seeds (Seed Savers Exchange). This is my first time with tomatoes. I have grown Kale twice from seed packet, Lettuce (from AG), Bok Choy from seed packets and of course the original AG herb kit. Water level has been fine and topped up consistently. Nutrients are on schedule with 4 days to go until next dose. My initial thought is that these seeds may not be optimal for hydroponic growing and maybe I should try varieties that I have seen on YouTube and in the forums. Thoughts anyone? \

Hello mlm, I see you tried to post a pdf file. Do you have it saved as jpg? I think I have your photo, if that is not it please tell me.
What machine are you using? How much nutes are you feeding every two weeks? I myself have not grown tomatoes but others have and this info may assist in answering your question.

My go-to for any nightshades that are showing stress is to make sure I'm keeping up with my Ca-Mg supplements, either the well loved "Mooch" or GH's CaliMagic.
But, as the plant grows, the higher leaves will block the light reaching the lower leaves, so having them die off isn't always that surprising.

I echo drbanks, but yours are also quite young. Either way, I’d cut off the offending bottom leaves. They’re just sucking energy but won’t be productive. Only my 2 cents. But I am no expert.

My machine is a Harvest, bought this year. I only use AG nutrients and Municipal water. I clean the base with vinegar diluted water between crops and rinse twice before refilling. The roots look good and the bowl does not seem to have any discoloration.
