I’m kind of neutral on cilantro. It’s my husband who fits into the small percentage of dna level distaste if cilantro. 
But yeah. It’s one of those strange worldly oddities imo.

I think that cilantro/coriander is key to Mexican dishes (my favorite overall). But a little goes a long way. It is what really makes an outstanding salsa. Unfortunately, too many folks use too much cilantro and ruin the dish (imho).

I agree with you Mike. When I first started using it a blew out a meal because I used too much. I learned fast a little goes a long way. We love it here.
