Got the Farm Plus unboxed, put together and put water in it. Going to let it run the water for tonight. Then maybe geek out tomorrow and figure out what I’m planting in it. Unrelated to AeroGarden, I been watching a ton of homestead videos on YouTube.

I think I’m just going to plant the lettuce and tomatoes that came with the farm. Figure I would try what came with it before venturing out and buying seeds. Trying to figure out how I was to organize it in the farm.

Looks great! Lettuce is a great first choice because you get to see results so quickly. Tomatoes are the extreme opposite in terms of time. I’ve had great results from mine so far. The Farms are great machines.

What if I put in a pod and it got wet but now I want to take it out? Would there be any harm to it? Or should I just let it grow and then decide what to do with it if it gets too crowed?

Good Question. I honestly don't know. I think I did that once and ditched it as I did not know if I could use it again. But as I said it is a good question.

Fizzle, once a sponge gets wet, I wouldn’t try to let it dry out. I’d let it grow... and keep it (and its neighbors) well-trimmed.
