I ordered the 60 cell Park's sponges and they arrived in a pastic bag and they were wet. I was not expecting them to be wet. Since I am only using a few at a time I think I should lay them out to dry instead of leaving them in a plastic bag.

Is this the same condition others have recieved this product? Please advise.

That is the way they are packed. You can keep it closed and damp or dry them out. Either way is good,

I prefer to soak and soften up my sponges before tossing in a seed, so I usually keep the bag damp. Never had any mold or mildew.

Whether damp or dry they will be fine. As Corinne said, these do not get mold or mildew nor go bad.
