While cleaning out my supply stash I found a bunch of older kit pods of lettuces and other greens. Inspired, I planted 2 of the romaines, 2 of the Chinese cabbage pods (a favorite that I haven’t had in a long time) and 2 Upland Cress for some dimension. I will have to remember to keep up with the weekly peroxide because I really want these greens!!

How exciting! Your white machines all look really pretty, but that slim looks really elegant! Great that you found some extra pods you didn't even know you had! I am currently growing two of the Chinese cabbage and really like it.

Well turns out nothing but the Chinese Cabbage came up, and I was too lazy to put fresher seeds in the other pods, but I’m very happy with my Chinese Cabbage. Anybody remember whether it is a cut-and-come-again variety?
