Nice on the flowers. I can not help on your other questions as I will only be growing my first tomato plant in September for the GAL.

Ive only done one tomato grow, i had my first flower buds day 30 and by day 39 i had a tiny lil tomato starting to emerge.

When I grew them I worried it was too early. From what I take from all my reading, theres a window in which you're ok, and theyll be fine.

Looks as if the tom plants aren't going to make it thru the move. The leaves are turning soft and dying and all the flower are facing downward and looking said. What a shame, and they were doing so well too. I do have more plants/seeds to plant so no real biggie I guess.  |

I see no new growth or anymore dying leaves. They seem to be stagnate right now with nothing happening..

Hold everything! I DO see new growth! I see two itty bitty teeny weeny mini green tomatoes! Lookie here;   Sorry about the blurry photos. My camcorder is about 20 years old or so. I doesn't know how to make clear images back then. |

If you nurture those plants, every one of those yellow blossoms will give a tomato! easy on the nutes, plenty of light and...Bob's Your Uncle!

I bought a small 5", battery operated, rechargeable fan and rotate the batteries about every few hours as they run down. Exactly this fan;
I also talk to my plants with a soothing voice.

I added 'mooch' (calimag 1/2 teaspoon to a 3 hole Sprout) yesterday and stopped counting at 12 new mini baby tomatoes growing this morning. I'm going to have plenty of cherry tomatoes in a while. Very few flowers fell off during the move and when I shake the plant for pollination. I've been very fortunate with these tomato plants so far. I'm going to have a successful harvest.

Calcium supp (Calimag) really does help I find, just go easy on it to start.
As you shake or pollinate your plants you can have fallen flowers. If you find a lot are falling, go easier on the shaking |

If I may add..sometimes it is 'time' for the flowers to fall and in its place you may just see a teeny tiny start of a tomato!

Today, the 23rd, I will 'transplant' the yellow toms into the unused Sprout. I may have to do a little root trimming on it to get the plant out of the old Harvest deck tho. My new Harvest should be arriving today and I want to grow some herbs and lettuces in it. Hope that plant can take another move. I wasn't able to post any pix on the 16th so will do so today after the 'transplanting'. Both tomato plants will have their own garden for now with each in their own Sprout.

OK, about 4 am, Tuesday the 23, 2019, this morning I made the root trimming and transplanting of the yellow tom plant. I made it an R&R and reset both machines and here's some pix.
The yellow toms are on the left while the mini red toms are on the right.
Can you see that 'giant' little tomato up on the right there? That's a yellow tomato. Sure hope the move is successful.
Here's the red tom plant. It's full of tomatoes. I'll have a great harvest pretty soon.
That should get me all caught up after my move. Still have most everything in boxes. Sheesh! I hate moving...
