I am running two Harvest models and a Sprout. The water in them gets pretty warm as the temps get more summery, and I wanted to see if I could do a cheap and cheerful mod to help mitigate that. I took an old cold-insulating envelope and traced the deck outlines with holes marked, and cut little wedge shapes in each hole. You should cut far into the circle so it can expand enough to accommodate ay root balls if you like to rearrange the pods. For the Harvest, I remove any wedge that can block the pump outlets, for the Sprout that was not necessary. It looks very Disco Plant 3000, and I love it for that alone, lol.

Very innovative . Have you had it on long enough to see if the water stays cold? I look forward to hearing the results.
Also that will help the lighting for growth.

No, I just installed them all today- I have a new Harvest that I set up and I decided to act on my hunch. Curious to see what develops.
