Lettuce wisdom I've learned from you

Just thought I'd share some of the most helpful lettuce tips I've learned from some of you on this board.

• Less is more. I now start with only two seeds per pod. Then I thin one out once it starts to get crowded.
• It seems better to resist the urge to give the lettuce "haircuts." I now pick off the outer, larger leaves, instead. I seem to get more and larger leaves (without bitterness) that way.
• I think that the addition of CalMag to AG nutes is helping.
